1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the ALL V Compliance platform ("Platform"), operated by Infinite Life Records Ltd (trading as ALL V Compliance), registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User", "You", "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ABOUT THE PLATFORM

ALL V Compliance provides a digital platform that enables users to: track vehicle compliance (MOT, tax, insurance, licence status); receive reminders and alerts; compare garages and service providers; book MOT tests and vehicle services; and access inspection reports and compliance insights.

3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

ALL V Compliance is not a garage, mechanic, or MOT testing authority; does not perform vehicle repairs or inspections; and does not guarantee the quality of services provided by garages. All services are carried out by independent third-party garages.

4. USER ELIGIBILITY

You must: be at least 18 years old; provide accurate and up-to-date information; and ensure you have legal authority over any vehicle registered.

5. ACCOUNT & VEHICLE INFORMATION

You agree to provide correct vehicle details, keep your information updated, and ensure any documents uploaded are accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect results caused by inaccurate data.

6. BOOKINGS & SERVICES

6.1 Booking Process: You may compare garages, select a service, and confirm a booking. A booking becomes valid once confirmed by the garage or system.

6.2 Service Delivery: Services are provided by independent garages. ALL V Compliance is not responsible for quality of work, delays, or outcomes of services.

7. PAYMENTS

7.1 Payment Methods: You may pay directly to the garage or through the Platform (if enabled).

7.2 Pricing: Prices are provided by garages. You agree to pay the confirmed price. Additional work must be approved by you.

8. FINANCE OPTIONS

Where finance is offered: eligibility is subject to third-party providers; approval is not guaranteed; ALL V Compliance is not a lender. You are responsible for reviewing finance terms and making repayments.

9. VEHICLE COMPLIANCE INFORMATION

The Platform may provide compliance reminders, risk scores, and vehicle health insights. Important: this information is indicative only and does not replace legal obligations. You remain responsible for ensuring your vehicle is road legal.

10. INSPECTION REPORTS & CERTIFICATES

Where inspection outputs are generated, results are based on garage input and ALL V Compliance does not verify all inspection data. Official MOT certification must be issued through DVSA systems.

11. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to: attend booked appointments; provide accurate vehicle condition information; and comply with road laws and regulations.

12. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation policies may vary by garage. Refunds are handled by the service provider unless otherwise stated. Platform fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALL V Compliance is not liable for: service quality or workmanship; vehicle damage or mechanical failure; disputes between you and garages; or missed deadlines or compliance failures.

14. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide continuous service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and features may change over time.

15. DATA & PRIVACY

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree that your data may be shared with garages for service delivery and that you will not misuse the platform.

16. PROHIBITED USE

You must not: use the platform fraudulently; provide false vehicle or personal information; misuse booking or payment systems; or attempt to bypass platform processes.

17. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of updated Terms.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

📋 Fleet Operator Terms & Conditions

ALL V COMPLIANCE — FLEET OPERATOR TERMS & CONDITIONS (UK)

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the ALL V Compliance platform ("Platform"), operated by Infinite Life Records Ltd (trading as ALL V Compliance), registered in England and Wales, by fleet operators, logistics companies, and businesses managing vehicles or self-employed contractors ("Fleet Operator", "You", "Your"). By registering and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. PLATFORM ROLE

ALL V Compliance provides a fleet compliance management platform that enables operators to: track vehicle compliance (MOT, tax, insurance) across a managed fleet; monitor self-employed courier compliance status; receive automated expiry alerts and compliance reports; and manage compliance records for audit and regulatory purposes. We are not a vehicle insurer, MOT testing authority, or legal compliance advisor.

3. ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORITY

To register as a Fleet Operator, you must: be a legally registered business or entity in the UK; be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you represent; hold or maintain appropriate business licences and insurance; and ensure all vehicle and driver data you submit is accurate and up-to-date.

4. FLEET VEHICLE DATA

You may add company-owned or leased vehicles to your fleet profile. You are responsible for: ensuring vehicle registrations and compliance dates are accurate; updating records promptly when changes occur; and ensuring all vehicles in your fleet comply with UK road traffic law.

5. COURIER & CONTRACTOR LINKING

5.1 Invitation Process: You may invite self-employed couriers or contractors to connect their ALL V accounts with your fleet profile. Couriers must consent before any compliance data is shared with you.

5.2 Data Visibility: You will only have access to compliance status indicators (MOT, Tax, Insurance, Licence validity) — not to personal policy documents, insurer details, or financial information. Couriers can revoke access at any time.

5.3 Duty of Care: You acknowledge that monitoring courier compliance does not absolve you of your legal duty of care under UK road traffic and employment law. You must take appropriate action when non-compliance is identified.

6. DATA PROTECTION & GDPR

You agree to: process all vehicle and contractor data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018; use compliance data only for legitimate fleet management purposes; not share, sell, or misuse data visible through the platform; and maintain appropriate data security practices within your organisation.

7. COMPLIANCE ALERTS & REPORTS

The Platform provides compliance alerts, RAG status indicators, and downloadable reports for internal use. Important: alerts and reports are indicative and based on data submitted through the platform. They do not replace your legal obligations or constitute legal advice. You remain responsible for ensuring legal compliance across your fleet.

8. OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to: act on non-compliance alerts in a timely manner; not permit non-compliant vehicles or drivers to operate on public roads; maintain appropriate records and audit trails independently of this platform; and ensure couriers you invite are aware of what data is being shared.

9. PLATFORM FEES

Fleet management features may be subject to subscription or per-vehicle fees, which will be clearly communicated before any charges are applied.

10. LIABILITY

ALL V Compliance is not liable for: compliance failures in your fleet arising from inaccurate data entry; regulatory penalties incurred by your business or couriers; or decisions made based on platform alerts or reports. You accept full operational responsibility for your fleet.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your fleet account if you breach these Terms, misuse courier data, or act in a manner inconsistent with UK data protection law. You may close your account at any time, at which point all linked courier connections will be terminated.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of updated Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

📋 Garage Terms & Conditions

ALL V COMPLIANCE — GARAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS (UK)

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the ALL V Compliance platform ("Platform"), operated by Infinite Life Records Ltd (trading as ALL V Compliance), registered in England and Wales, by garages, service centres, and automotive service providers ("Garage", "You", "Your"). By registering and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. PLATFORM ROLE

ALL V Compliance provides a digital platform that connects vehicle owners and fleet operators with garages, facilitates MOT bookings, servicing, and maintenance requests, and provides inspection tools, compliance tracking, and customer management features.

We are not a vehicle repair provider, an MOT testing authority, or responsible for physical services delivered by garages.

3. GARAGE ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you must: be a legally registered business in the UK; hold all required licences and certifications (including DVSA approval for MOT where applicable); comply with all relevant laws and regulations; and provide accurate and up-to-date business information. We reserve the right to verify your details at any time.

4. GARAGE RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Service Delivery: Perform all services professionally and in accordance with UK regulations; ensure all MOT inspections comply with DVSA standards; provide accurate diagnostics, advisories, and results.

4.2 Accuracy of Information: Ensure all quotes, pricing, and service details are accurate; update availability and service capabilities regularly.

4.3 Customer Interaction: Respond to bookings and enquiries in a timely manner; communicate clearly with customers; honour confirmed bookings unless unavoidable.

5. BOOKINGS & QUOTES

Garages may receive booking requests through the Platform. You may accept, reject, or propose alternative times. Once a booking is accepted it becomes a service commitment; failure to honour bookings may affect your account status.

6. PAYMENTS & FEES

6.1 Platform Fees: ALL V Compliance may charge a per-booking fee, commission on services, or subscription/listing fees (if introduced). Fees will be clearly communicated.

6.2 Customer Payments: Customers may pay directly to the Garage or through the Platform (if enabled). You agree to honour agreed pricing and not charge hidden or undisclosed fees.

7. FINANCE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Where finance options are offered: eligibility decisions are made by third-party providers; ALL V Compliance does not guarantee approval; garages must not misrepresent finance terms.

8. INSPECTION & DATA SUBMISSION

Where the Platform provides inspection tools, garages must input accurate inspection data. Generated reports and scores are based on your inputs. Important: official MOT submission must still be completed via DVSA systems. The Platform does not replace DVSA systems.

9. CUSTOMER DATA & PRIVACY

You agree to use customer data only for service-related purposes; comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws; and not share or misuse customer information.

10. RATINGS, REVIEWS & PERFORMANCE

We may collect customer feedback, monitor service quality, and display ratings. Repeated issues may result in reduced visibility, suspension, or removal from the Platform.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You must not: provide fraudulent or misleading services; manipulate pricing unfairly; bypass the Platform to avoid fees (for Platform-generated customers); misuse the inspection system; or upload false data.

12. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide poor or unsafe service, receive repeated complaints, or act fraudulently. You may also terminate your account at any time.

13. LIABILITY

13.1 Garage Liability: You are fully responsible for services performed, vehicle condition after service, and any damages or losses.

13.2 Platform Liability: ALL V Compliance is not liable for service quality, mechanical failures, or disputes between Garage and customer.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALL V Compliance shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business or revenue, or delays or service interruptions.

15. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify ALL V Compliance against claims arising from your services, regulatory breaches, and customer disputes.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of updated Terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
